Ya’ll remember the post I did a few weeks ago about not thinking as deeply as the other bloggers on here? Yeah well, this post is another example of that. I’ve sat on this thing for a few weeks and all I got so far is the couple sentences below:
There are things that are universal to humans, certain things that are so ingrained and deep, that they present themselves over and over and over, regardless of what kind of story they are in. A few of these are identity, family, a savior, romantic love, home, and adventure. These issues are so embedded in the heart of God that we as his creation can not help but reflect and react to these issues time and time again. They present themselves through innumerable different vehicles, but the essence can almost always be traced back to one of those key heart issues. So, in this particular film, the vehicle is planting ideas in other people via their dreams, but at its essence, its about home, family, and romantic love.
Yep. That’s about it. So that’s all my “post” is about, but if you are bored you can check out these two YouTube clips about the pros and cons of the movie. Enjoy.
